The Loyalty Company (TLC) is a privately held company. Matthew J. Basson is TLC Chairman and founder.

TLC was founded
in 2000 by Mr. Basson to create a new generation of powerful, scalable products and services with unsurpassed personalization. Mr. Basson was formerly the CEO of Universal Alliance/Remind America, a publicly traded company that spent over four million dollars and four years researching and developing customer loyalty programs.

Market Place
Customer/client and employee loyalty are big business in corporate North America today and The Loyalty Company is on the cutting edge. Businesses achieve greater levels of productivity with their customers/clients and employees with a strong emphasis on long term loyalty. Based on years of advanced research in human relations, TLC personalized gifts have been found to incite a feeling of self worth and a greater sense of being appreciated. TLC is committed to providing the most cost effective, results driven programs for employers to show their gratitude to their hard working employees and valued customers/clients. The results of a study by Pacific Care concluded that it costs six to ten times more real dollars to get business from a new customer than an existing one. Conclusion: higher levels of loyalty equate to more referrals, more repeat business and higher productivity from employees.

The Product
TLC’s entry-level product is competitively priced with an ordinary greeting card. What our client’s customers receive how ever, is a multimedia gift ensemble that includes a first class greeting card (virtually any shape or graphic design to appropriately represent our client), specialty booklet, bookmark & tassel, foiled envelope with gold seal and a multimedia CD that in itself includes world class music, computer screen savers, computer games, product information, coupons and so much more. That’s not all, the CD label is personalized with a level of personalization that to date has not been practical… it includes the sender’s photo and/or logo, personal greeting, contact information and the recipient’s name.

Set-up fees, The Loyalty Company set up fees (for custom art) are typically $49.00 (compared to the industry standard of about $350.00 to $500.00 for custom art on a CD label and that would not include the recipient’s names).

There are no minimum order requirements with The Loyalty Company.

The industry standard is typically 1,000 units minimum ordered. Other companies do not even offer the high-level personalization of including the recipient name, at any price.
