...just a little about our TLC String Ensemble. Our lead violinist is the first chair player for the San Diego Symphony; our second violinist is the second chair player for the San Diego Symphony; our violist is the first chair player for the San Diego Symphony and our cellist is the first chair player for the California Chamber (The top players from all of California). This recording session was done live in Rancho Bernardo at the famous Studio West recording studios, we recorded both volumes one and two during this recording session.What you might find interesting is this... I wanted to recorded something specifically for our Jewish clients and their Jewish clientele so I had asked our cello player, the group leader to find something special. At the end of our recording session, we realized that we had not tracked this particular piece as it had to be mailed to us last minute. We were out of time, our group leader literally took this piece out of a FedEx envelope and passed it out to the group. I instructed the engineer to hit "Record" and we tracked it. They had never seen this piece before and with no rehearsal what we recorded in those final few minutes was the last song on the TLC String Ensemble Volume I "Jewish One."
